Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you accept the following:I. Scope of Work
- Completed work in full resolution .PNG- Significant revisions not at fault of the artist may incur extra charge, but will be disclosed ahead of time. Minor revisions are fine and expected!- If Prompt/Custom/Rebase, revisions to mod approval included with initial cost.II. Deadlines and CompletionEstimated completion time will be provided. If I can’t complete the work in the agreed upon time, I will refund you for work not finished upon request.III. UsageThese commissions are for personal use only, meaning it cannot be reproduced for profit. For a commercial use agreement, please contact me for negotiation. No additional negotiation needed to transfer this art via Succubun transfers. You may print the commission for personal use. You may share the commission on social media. Credit is appreciated!IV. Compensation- Full payment due on agreement of termsV. CancellationYou may cancel the commission up to and including the sketch, but you will be charged for the work completed. You may keep the progress per TOS agreement.VII. Artist's Right to Authorship CreditThe artist may use the work in their portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays the artist's works)*. When asked, the client must properly identify the artist as the creator. The client does not have a proactive duty to display the artist's name together with the work, but the client may not seek to mislead others that the work was created by anyone other than the artist.*if you would like the work to be private, please let me know and I will not share it!
